　　Before the coating construction, the coating equipment shall be fully prepared, including coating and diluent, coating mixer, weighing appliance, spraying machine and supporting appliance, coating and coating detection instrument, etc. In addition, coating distribution and machine debugging should be carried out.

　　一、Distribution of coatings

　　1、Recognition of coatings

　　Recognize the variety and quality of coatings according to the coating requirements, and correct the problems in time.

　　2、Adjust paint viscosity

　　Mix the coating evenly and measure the viscosity of the coating. If the viscosity is too high, the diluent should be properly added to adjust to the appropriate viscosity.

　　二、Daily protection of painting equipment

　　1、Warm up

　　Each time you use the coating equipment, you should first turn on the empty machine to warm it up for a while. The detailed method is to check the connection and cleaning condition of the whole machine, and then fill in the lubricating oil. Next, turn on the power supply for the trial operation of the empty machine. Generally, the function of the machine should be judged in about 20 minutes.

　　2、Clean up after use

　　If you want to ensure the longevity and application function of the coating equipment, you should remember to clean it up in time every time it is used up. You can clean up the material inlet and the nozzle first, and then brush the powder from the gap with the brush, and adhere to a clean condition of the whole equipment.
